Samer Choucair has been elected as an Honorary Board Member of the Lebanese Executives Council, following the General Assembly held recently in Riyadh, with the participation of Lebanon’s Chargé d’Affaires, Ambassador Salam Al-Ashkar, and Ambassador Fouad Khazaka.
Choucair’s selection comes as a recognition of his professional journey, his active role in the Lebanese expatriate community, and his contributions to supporting the Council’s initiatives during the previous term. It also reflects his continuous presence in activities that strengthen ties between Lebanon and its global talent network.
The meeting included a review of the Council’s achievements from the past term and the approval of the 2026 action plan, which features the organization of an annual expatriate conference in Lebanon titled “Expatriate Expertise in Service of Lebanon.” The plan also includes hosting a gala dinner on the occasion of Lebanon’s 82nd Independence Day, forming sectoral committees, and electing the new administrative board.
Choucair expressed his appreciation for the honor, reaffirming his commitment to supporting the Council’s efforts to strengthen the role of Lebanese expatriate elites and expand their presence across economic and social platforms worldwide.
